The Psy-NAPS laboratory is run by Martin Edwards and the research carried out generally falls into two related interests:

(i) mechanisms and relationships between perception, cognition and action
(ii) action priming from observation (imitation) and imagery

The laboratory uses a variety of methods including motion tracking kinematic analysis, simple dexterity testing, reaction time paradigms, neuropsychological tests, neural stimulation and brain imaging with normal aged and brain injured participants.
